Relational work focuses on how you relate—to yourself, to others, and to the world around you. Together, we explore the patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and choices so new possibilities can emerge.

This work is for anyone who feels stuck, disconnected, or ready for deeper honesty in their lives and relationships. It may also be helpful if you are navigating a transition, integrating a meaningful experience, or wanting to live with more clarity, courage, and alignment.

Sessions are conversational and present-focused. We may explore what you are feeling, what keeps repeating, what you avoid, how you relate, and where new choices may be possible. The work can be direct, but it is not harsh.

Yes. Support is focused on reflection, meaning-making, emotional processing, and practical integration. It does not include providing, recommending, or facilitating substances.

Session frequency depends on the client and the nature of the work. Some people prefer weekly sessions, while others may choose a different rhythm. This can be discussed during the consultation.

I work both online and in person. Most sessions are one hour and held online. I also offer two-hour walking sessions in the Sausalito Headlands, available after your first three sessions.
-
$100 per session, with a reduced rate of $50 if money is tight, just bring it up when we first talk. There's also a six-session package for $550, and two-hour walking sessions in the Sausalito Headlands for $150, available after three sessions. You can begin with a single session to test the fit; I generally recommend allowing three sessions for continuity to develop.
